you might try bedding a pressure pad in the fore end. Use the water bucket trick. If it doesn't work just sand it down.. you are out nothing cept the bedding compound.

With the last couple of groups it shot, think im done messing with the mechanics...if i can duplicate those results, i'm happy....This will be used for mule deer, and not past 600 yards , so if it will hold near 1/2" out to 600 (3") then this will work...again, thanks for all the help and replies, will update with the results of future load work...rsbhunter
