What do you guys think about the L series of Leupold scopes. The ones that have a notch cut out of the glass for the barrel so they sit lower. Has anyone had any experience with them. Thoughts good bad?
Nice scopes. They are basically the same as the new VX3 in glass and internals. The objective is wider to compensate for the cut-out. Installing a different reticle later is a problem due to a different assembly process.
