hay guys, I have always had the desire for "one shot one kill ". IF I zero my scope for 100, and look up ballistics for a 400 yrd zero, it says that I would be 7.11 in high at 100. NOW back to one shot one kill. If I turn back too 100 yard stop after every shot and range a critter at 400 should I be able to crank elevation up 28 clicks and be on at 400? I feel like I'm trying to explain something to my wife, but I hope somebody followed my attempt .

Provided your actual worked up dope matches the data you're looking up, and that the scope clicks are accurate, absolutely. Shoot it over a chrono and at distance to verify your dope, and click away. I prefer using turrets over holds unless I have to
