Are Talley lightweight one piece mounts sturdy enough to hold a Vortex Viper HS-T 4-16? Rifle is a Remmy 700 7RM ADL.

I had a Swarovski z5 5-25X52 mounted in them. Like a genius I managed to knock it over one time onto gravel. The bell was dinged slightly. I took it to the range to verify it was on or not. It put to shots in the "X" at 100. I didn't fire the third.

Rain, a good number of custom rifles came with Talley lightweights until the Nightforce mounts became the ticket. Nice scope mounts for a reasonable price.
