Suggestions on a rest ?

I jsut got my first custom rifle back and i am looking for a new rest for shooting long range. both from a bench and some sort of carry along or set up type rest. i have bi pods and bags and such but i am looking for something that holds the gun perhaps on a tripod that has knobs that are used to move the rifle or even something that will work on a portable bench . im not talking about the lead sled type rests. any and all input is appreciated
