Would it be feasible to convert a double barrel .410 or other gauge (sleeve) to shoot a straight-walled ctg like 45 Colt for my grandkids? Maybe 38/357 depending on the gun. I know that the high-power ctgs like 454, 480, 460, 500 would be too much pressure unless the gun were specially made. I'm thinking about a double barrel rabbit ear shotgun if I could find one in good enough shape.
Just thinking, won't be long before they want to go if I'm able. I have thought about 410 slugs.

Mine are fairly accurate out to 75 yards.
0-50 they are pretty deadly, not super accurate but I can usually get a 1.5" group at 50yds
Yes factory loads work good. For a while now I have been loading 230g round nose and 230g hollow point cast bullets

Chaszel.com makes 45-70 cartridge adapters for 12 gauge and a few others. They have a few models,18-24 inch rifled for over/ under and side by side conversions. Not sure how many different versions but, $129 to $149 and made in USA too!
