Scirocco II 7mm 150gr

I'm looking to shoot this bullet in my 7STW. I have a 1:9 twist. I can't find any recommended twist recommendations on the Swift website. Is this a good match? I like the weight retention and high BC.

Any users out there to help?

A 9 twist will work just fine for the Swift. IMO, they are one of the best performing bullets on game out there. They expand easily with great weight retention.

i have a 9 twist 24" 284 win long action. with a case full of rl26 the 150 scirocco ii works well. i took a 13 yr old cow elk and an 8 point a couple weeks later. the bullet performed well on both. the elk just stood their for a a few seconds before falling over.
berger has a twist rate calculator on their site...just plug in the numbers to calculate your stability. there's a variety of formulas and calculators but i find this one to be straight forward and easy to use.

Don't have much to add other than I've killed a pile of game with them. Really delivered the goods for me anyway
