Today i looked at a savage in 300 wsm. It had the stainless fluted bull barrel but was on a grey synthetic stock. It looked similar to the low profile varmint but with the different stock. Has anyone ever seen this gun. If so what do you think. I have a 22-250 model 12bvss that shoots wonderful and i love. The gun was new for a lilttle over 600. That would leave plenty of money for a scope and a higher quality stock. Thanks for the help.
