Ruger tang safety screw torques

I have got a tang safety ruger in 22-243 win and I was wandering what you would torque the 3 screws to? I had a group open up on me and I didnt change anything so I just backed them off the snugged them down and it seemed better but I dont know what the spec is?????

I am not sure what the spec actually is, but I did hear once upon a time; not to torque the middle screw very tight. I was told that it can flex the action.

I have heard 65 in lbs for the front and snug for the other 2??? Anybody else have an idea????
