I have a Browning 270 WSM and I was wondering if I want to convert it to a 6.5 PRC and add a carbon fiber barrel. Can I use the action and bolt?

You should be able to. Bolt face is the same, and browning is chambering the prc in what I'm assuming is their short action. (I'm not a browning guy so I don't know their lengths) and they have Prc magazines for the x-bolt so it should feed fine providing they fit your bottom metal. It might feed just fine out of your wsm mags also.

Find a smith that's knowledgeable in Brownings, might take a few phone calls.
