The best thing to do is chronograph it; most local archery shop will do it for you for free (at least where I live) if you don't have your own.

In comparison, I shoot a 26.5" draw, 325g arrow, and 50 lbs draw weight out of my Omen Pro (60 lbs limbs) with a chrono speed of 286 FPS.

The FT and Omen Pro yields same/close arrow speed. Check out this video, esp. at ~ 8:30 mark ...
