Just stopped by County Line Reloaders & Ammo in Lascassas, TN (near Nashville). In store he had RL 16, 17, 19, 23, several cases of H4350 (both 1 & 8lbs) along with a variety of other powders (ie CFE 223 8lbs, IMR's, etc...). David Salas is the owner (615) 631-5750. He said he wasn't shipping but might reach out and chat with him. Good guy.
