Painting Cams On Your Rifle

Anyone got a guide on how to paint cams on a rifle?
I want to do something like on this SR98

It'll be done on my M24 SWS gun)
Those (hopefully) being the best colours for Australian hunting.
My only problem is, my scope is hooded because its an ex police model, I can't put caps (As far as I know) on the hooded section, so I need to cover the lens some other way.

there's some extensive posts on this forum for painting CAMO if you use the 'search' feature. i would type in 'painting' and look for a suitable post. i hope this helps you. it will tell what to use and how to do it.
