Options for mod 70 pre 64

Thanks for the imput everyone.
I looked up the super sniper 20x42 and it has good reviews for holding up under recoil And it is within my budget $399, Also i looked at nikon but they are $$.

It sounds like you found what you needed.
I'm not sure I'd go with a fixed 20x scope if you will be hunting with it.
I put a 6-18x40 Nikon Buckmaster w/ BDC reticle on my M70 25-06.
It's a great scope for around $300.
There are lot lot of good scopes to choose from.

Thanks for the info Richard i went to Nikons site and did not see it on there searched it and found it on the net they must not make them anymore.
I will look at them closer found them for $369.
