Need help to find .284 Win AI Dies

Guys, I got a hold of a .284 Winchester Ackley Improved reamer that I want to chamber me a barrel in. The problem is I can't find anyone who has a set of dies. The reamer was made by Dave Kiff at PTG print #30113. With reloader 17 I am thinking I can send 168 Bergers at over 3000 fps but I have no way to resize the brass. Any and all help will be appreciated!! RCBS sent me a letter that said they could not make me a set of dies. I would suspect someone has to make a set.
