Had some more bullets to test so I went up early yesterday morning to about 5200'. I thought I got up early enough but when it hits 100 the temps climb quickly in the mornings. It started out pretty descent but when the temps climb things all change quickly.
The first four pics are links to videos. Click on them and the video will come up.
This was at 935 yards.
This was a different batch, same rock, same range 935
Same rock, different batch of bullets, same range 935. This shows the visual impact of the range from where I was shooting. When it's zoomed all the way back you see what it's like to look over at the rock with your naked eye and no optics.
Later in the day, heat rising, different range and target. You will see it hit at the upper left corner of the white spot.
I had most of the stuff packed up and ready to leave and then thought I take picture of the shooting area.
