Millett LRS scope, do i need 20moa base

I just picked up a Savage 300 win mag HS Precision and I'm going to mount a Millet long range scope on it. The scope has 140moa of adjustment and I already have a 0moa picatinny rail. There could theoretically be enough adjusment, right?
Does anyone make 20moa scope rings for 35mm body?
