Single shot built on savage 110 action with PAC-NOR 30" straight 3 grove SS barrel. Wotac gen 4 4-14x50 scope. Good shooter. An economic rig at less then 2k with enough brass, bullets, and powder to get good with it.

    Love the edge!

Well here is mine, I realize I went against the grain with a short barrel (17.75" without the brake), but I did the work myself and in order to fit the big barrel in my small lathe I had to chop it down. I was getting 250 SMK's out at 2850. The barrel is a used Lawton with a Harrels muzzle brake, I picked up from a member here, Savage long action with a SSS recoil lug and trigger, Sightron SII 4.5-14 mildot sidefocus scope, Reamer came from PTG with a .365 neck and the barrel is fitted without the barrel nut. It's got the crummy tupperware stock, but next up will be to replace that with a decent laminated one. had some accuracy issues at first that I attributed to me flinching from the muzzle blast, or the tupperware stock and put it up for a bit, but I just robbed the scope from it, and discovered the front scope base was loose, I'll have to get it out again soon.

    CJ,

That gun has similar loading diet to mine.. 300 smk, 3.775 OAL, cci 250, 92 H 1000, 10 thou off lands ? I like the paint theme too. Did you add the mag box after you originally got it together ? How does it go ?

It's the original Savage 112 BVSS laminated stock.

I prefer the look of solid wood vs laminate but, yours is one of two that I've seen that has me re-thinking my opinion of never going with the laminate look. I like the look, almost like solid wood, very nice. Thanks for sharing.
