I have several Kimber rifles , good or bad they have served me well at ranges 700 yards or less. I recently re barreled a .243 and a 300WM with a Vias break, with Brux 26" #4 stainless. Very nice barrels. Often wondered if I screwed up by not truing the actions at the time. Both are 1/2 MOA guns at 100 yards generally. Question is are these actions reasonably accurate based on CNC milling techniques or would it be worth it for me to have them trued to achieve better performance. I know some will say leave them alone if they are true 1/2 MOA guns but, I can't help wonder if they could be better by truing. Or are they already trued enough? Any comments good or bad are appreciated. I know they aren't popular at all in the LR world. Next step for me is a custom when I can afford it.
