Is the Remington X-Mark Pro Trigger Adjustable

Friend of mine has a new Rem 700 with the X-Mark Pro trigger. He said that although Remington publishes the trigger as being adjustable, his gunsmith told him that he has tried to adjust them and the adjustment screws will not turn at all!!!!

Has anyone been successful at adjusting one of these triggers?

Is there a trick to it?
