I was given a Savage Arms 110FCP 338 Lapua

What kind of accuracey can I expect with the 110FCP 338 Lapua using hand loads?
It has a 1-9 twist how heavy a bullet will that stabilize?

You should expect good accuracy with good handloads.

1:9" twist should stabilize most .338 commercial bullets including 300gr.

....and good accuracy with factory loads too. HSM comes to mind for loaded ammo.

Mine shoots sub MOA with 300 gr Bergers with H-1000 loaded to mag length(3.7 if I remember).

3.680 is COAL std length. Forgot to add that HSM will seat to 3 different cartridge lengths at no additional charge in Lapua brass btw.
