Hunting BC

I have been contemplating doing a guided hunt for mountain goats. Since I filled my Idaho tag, I thought about Alaska or BC. A lot of the outfitters I look at are more expensive in Alaska. This is of course the base price. I recently was talking to a buddy who knows a bit about guided hunts. He was telling me to be careful with BC hunts, because there are lots of hidden fees and taxes. I was also told by someone else that those taxes (GST) are refundable for non-residents. Can anyone possible offer other advice or experience? Thanks
