How would you hunt bear along with high-country muleys?

I'll be rifle hunting the Colorado high country this September for a muley buck. I drew a bear tag too. I'll be backpacking into a wilderness area and spending the majority of my time glassing bowls above timberline. How should I hunt bear up there?

I hunted the high country last year. While up their I talked to a hunter that killed a bear off the gut pile from his deer. I did not see any bears just small amounts of sign. I was in 43.
