how to neck size with f/l die?

I have a set of f/l rcbs dies for 7mm rem mag. How do I set up tp only neck size instead of fl?

Typically, one would set the die up to touch the shell holder and the back it off one complete revolution. This should size the neck only.

I do the same but only size about half the neck. This is on a non belted cartridge.

Belted cartridges head space head space on the belt. Neck sizing by this method results in the head space being between the base and shoulder as in non belted cartridges. To me, this is a good thing.
