You will have to look for a set of "Redfield Big Bore International Sites" In my opinion.

You can find them at the larger gun shows most of the time. some of the older shooters
will have them.

They are not cheep but they are the best and well worth the cost.

I think Pedersoli makes this type site or use to.

I would still look for a set of the Redfields (With inserts).

When I used to shoot High Power matches, I had a Warner #1 rear sight with a Gehmann 566 adj. Iris and a Gehmann front sight with a adj aperture.
They worked really well but are a little pricey.
