Help bed action?

I need instructions and pictures if available on how to bed a remington 700 action on a hs precision stock it has aluminum v block and what kind of material to use thanks.

I tried this once on an HS of my own. I didn't do too good, and ended up getting Kevin Cram ( Montour County Rifles) to make it right for me. If having a go at it yourself than here's some reading.
