I started having some drift and what appeared to be weight shift with my GEMPro 250 in November. I dropped MyWeigh an email and asked if they could fix it at a reasonable cost given it was out of warranty. They responded promptly with an email saying if I would send in the battery cover for the old unit and a check for $25, they would replace it with a new unit. I did so and received the new unit approximately 3-4 weeks later. I'm posting to give MyWeigh credit for the good service and support.

Also, I check the GEMPro-250 against a newly acquired A&D FX-120i scale and was pleasantly surprised to note that I got exactly the same weight for my weighing pans with the GEMPro-250 that I did with the more expensive unit. (Both units are rated +/- 0.02 grains)
