This is a custom gun built by "Hart Rifle Barrels" as stamped on the barrel in 280 AI, non turn neck of .313. The gun was built on a used Rem 700 BDL. Stainless over size recoil lug. Stainless Hart barrel has 6 round flutes, barrel is 27 3/8" long and is .745 at the muzzle. The stock is Pillar bedded in a Forest Green H & S stock that also has the Aluminium V block in it. Pillars are quite evident with the floor plate removed. The stock is of the "Sendero" pattern with two sling swivels in the front, and one in the rear with Decelerator recoil pad.
There are less than 200 rounds through this gun which was my dad's that recently passed away.
The gun comes with Redding dies, and 100 rounds with various test loads including 180g Bergers and some Norma brass. An additional 100 rounds of brass that was formed with Bullseye is also included.
Trigger is set at 2 lbs, 6 oz.
Price is $1600 plus postage; my dad spent over $2000 on this rifle, and did not get much further than fire forming the brass with bullseye and cream of wheat
