For Sale or Trade:
Putting out feelers on this, been thinking of doing something different since I have a couple other 6.5's that I shoot more, I just haven't spent any time with this one yet. Took this on trade and now I have other wants.
All metal and machining done by Kirby Allen / Allen Precision Shooting.
Rem LA 700 Trued/Blueprinted
Brux 1:8 Barrel, 23.5" (believe it's the heavy or bull sporter)
Heavy recoil lug
Action and Barrel cerakoted by Larry Dunbar - Tungsten
McMillan McWoody Game Warden Stock
Bedded professionally by Terry Ehrhardt
PTG BDL Bottom metal - oberndorf style
TriggerTech Primary Trigger
Was getting 2980-3000 out of it with 57.0-58.0 grains, shooting 156 EOL bergers with RL26. Did get over 3000 but had pressure around 3080, so I backed down. I did two 12-round velocity ladders, and probably shot another 30-40 rounds for seating depth testing, break-in, and sight-in. Bullets can be seated out to touch lands and still fit in mag.
Got a 2.3" 4-shot group at 300 yards on first seating depth test with berger 156. Have no doubt it's easily capable of 1/2 MOA with more development.
$1,750 shipped
Trades: Custom rifles in 28 nosler, 6.5-284, 22 creedmoor. Can add cash on my end or vice/versa.
