Cooper Classic Barrel

My Cooper Classic in 22-250AI isn't shooting as good as my Hart Barreled 6x284. Are Cooper Barrels better than Remington,or Sako,Savage.

Cooper Arms out of Montana?
If so in the past the Barrel was the only thing Dan didn't make in house. I know in the past he used more than one brand of custom barrel depending on caliber.

I was told they are using a barrel from a company called Wilson, do not know anything about them but my 6.5-284 is a very accurate rifle.
