Cabelas have them on sale for $19.99.

Where? I looked on Cabelas website and I couldn't see them. What are you using for a product ID?

It looks like they are including it in a "calling package". The item # is Item: QW-228113. Hope this heps.

I want two of the Squeeze Me Elk Cow Call the product ID you kindly provided shows two of the Estrus Squeeze Me Elk Cow Call I think they are different.
