Bipod Help

To take it further, is there any significance in the way a bipod is mounted? For example, the Harris with the standard sling stud mount vs. a short picatinny rail to mount the bipod. Is one more stable than the other?

At the range now practicing these theories now. .33 moa at 300 with a bipod pretty happy with that. What I'm finding is exactly what was discussed 2 posts ago. For me loading is showing an inconsistency. Probably because I am new to it but my body is not consistently using the same force and muscle tension. When I put No load, I am going my best groups.
