Big Ugly at 450 yards this morning

Did some rainy weather practice at 450 yards this morning with the Ruger Precision Rifle (aka "Big Ugly"). Load is the 108 gr Hornady ELD-Match bullet over Superformance for about 2960 fps. Cases are 6 Creedmoor, by Hornady.

Cold bore shot smacked almost the center of the gong, and the rest of the shots kept on smacking the gong. Very satisfying rifle and cartridge to use.

LOL! Normally this time of year, our range is covered with snow. It's been warmer than usual the past couple of weeks. Was good shooting with the guys, even if we didn't lay prone in the rain on the 600 yard line.
