Action for 375XC build

I am in the process of starting a 375 XC build and was wondering if a Batt model M would work or should I use a different action.

The B as stated above, will make a great action for the larger standard varmint cases. While the M is for those wanting to really reach out there around a 1000 yds. or even further using bigger cases. As well the M handles the big cases up to 338 Lapua for the long range hunters shooting off of benches and not needing a fast follow up shot. As well there is the CT model available for those wanting to shoot the 408 or 375 CT.

First of all, I suggest deciding what it is that wish to accomplish with your cartridge selection. Then select the bullets which suit your need which will require testing.

Then find the approximate OAL since there will be a magazine limitation or decide that a single shot configuration will be necessary. Standard OAL as suggested by David is 3.961", so nearly 4" for loaded cartridges and potentially ejection also if required. There are a lot of decisions to be made before spending a ton of money.

I have been shooting out to1850 yards with my 300 NI and now have a place to shoot out to 2500 and 3000 yards. Looking at a single shot and as for bullet's flatline cutting edge in the 360 gr range. Not going to any computation just for fun.

If your going single shot model m will work just fine
Model ct works great for cheytac and they are the same size action beside ct being designed with larger bolt for cheytac.
If your looking for larger I would check into
Bat model L not sure if their larger actions come in lapua BF.
Pierce actions are also great But have pretty good lead times.
Was gonna go pierce for my cheytac but with wait I ended getting a model CT and jjrock super xl and didn't. Have to wait 6-12 months
