I have a Sako 85 in Finnlight 7mm RM in a 9.5tw barrel. I am thinking of trying the 168 VLD, 162 SST or maybe the 175 EOL. Although I dont know if the 9.5tw will fully stabilize it. This rifle is not really for long range. Max would be 600yds. Would the 175 be ok to this range? Also which powders should I try? I have H1000, Retumbo, Rl23, 7977 and 8133.

I shoot the Hornady 162 ELDX out of my Finnlight. Shoots great with RL26. I have shot the 180VLD out of it as well and it shot just fine with H1000. I would think the 175 would probably be fine too, especially if you're a few thousand feet ASL. Minimum req twist is 10, I believe. You can run your numbers through Berger's twist rate calculator as well and see how it comes out.
