7mm 08 reduced load

Anyone have a reduced load for a 7mm 08 20 inch barrel Remington for my daughter that's the accurate

I have a bunch of 140 ballistic tips and 139 g Sst

I like H4895 for reduced loads . I have not had any problems using it . some powders do not work well with reduced loads , you can get hang fires . usually the reduced loads I've messed with have been fairly accurate too .

I use H4895 with the 120grain ballistic tips in a 7mm-08 . this load matches the recoil of a 243 shooting 100 gr bullets . shoots under an inch at 100 yards .
39.0 grains H4895 , 120 gr nosler B-tip , cci 200 primer , rem brass , 2.800 coal, 2716FPS

H4895 is the way to go + the 120 ballistic tip. 120's help lessen recoil compared to the 140. The load jimbires gave is almost exactly what I loaded for my nephew.

What about a lighter bullet? Same powder charges as the bigger ones, but zipping right along. I notice a big difference in the 6.5 versions...

If you get a chance call Nosler for a reduced load. In the past they had load data for reduced loads.

Haha....I have plenty of targets from State Representatives. Must be a PA thing...and seems to work!
