Went shooting today to try out some new loads with Retumbo. The load is Norma brass, 142 grain sierra SMK with Fed. 215M primers and 58 Grains of Retumbo out of 6.5x284 Savage Bvss 26" Barrel.
The problem is the wind was blowing so bad my Chrono blew over before the first shot was fired and read ERROR1 the whole time. Any idea of a ballpark velocity? Im guessing 2950-2965fps.
BTW: 0.72 5 shot group at a 100yards which is excellent for me, the gun does its part but sometimes leaves me behind!! I would just like to know to get a drop chart and be close to adjust too.
