Shot pronghorn with it. Killed him DRT but didn't exit and never found any trace of bullet. Shot was 125yds quarter to me, went in behind shoulder should of exited about midbody. Can only assume it fragmented. Liver was complete mess. It you think a bullet should dump all energy in animal it did. If you want a exit and the bullet hold together at close range it will not.
If it hits bone it can be very explosive and destructive. I killed an adult Alaska cow moose with the 143/PRC combo. It did the job but I'm working with some bonded options for the next one.
