I everione.

Did some one have expérience with that caliber? Im looking for and
accumark in 340 and wondering if it is good. Have bean told it is ok
for up to 500 yrds on helk? Moose and deer are my target.
The 500 yrds mark will be my top shot(with lot of practice).
The reason i want the 340 is the power it got. Good différence
with my 270win (power and drop).
Thank in advence for the tip.

Why a ultra or edge or lapua over watherby?
Jwp475 coul you tell me more about it?
I look more for watherby because first they make good rifle.
Second the 4175 ft-lb of energy will be a stunting killer.(100yrds)
Third the grouping is good to kill withtetail up to 500yrds easy.
Some do 10" to 15" at 1000yrds will be a good start for me.
But im open to better sudgestion. Still i dont want to go on
custom for now. Cash and time to practice are not to rendez-vous...

a good shooting 340 Wby is good for about anything you desire to harvest.

The edge and lapua are just a bit sexier and tend towards the custom rifle side of the chart.
