I have only used H4350 and RL17 in my 300 WSM. I highly recommend RL17.

I have tried RL15 & 4350 & RL22.the RL15 shot best groups using berger vld 168 but average was 2850fps
What load do you use with Rl17?

With RL17...
168 TTSX's, 65.5 gr, 3071 fps
180 E-Tips, 67.5 gr, 3193 fps
210 Bergers, 65.5 gr, 2935 fps
The 168 TSX's showed pressure signs a little sooner than I expected and did not achieve the velocity of the 180' E-Tips althought the 168's were lighter and had less bearing surface which I thought was very unusual.
These were max loads in "my" rifle (Sako 85 Finnlight, 24 3/8 barrel) so if you try RL17 work up to these.

+1 on RL 17 and H4350
IMO forget h1000 and RL 22.
Plus do not use magnum primers., stay with the standard primers

66.5 gr - 168gr Barnes TTSX - 3120 fps - .600" grp @ 100yds
With RL-15
61.5 gr - 165gr Accubond - 3210 fps - .75" grp @ 100yds, 1.7" at 200yds
Both are max loads!
Could not get accubonds to fly well with RL-17

Just not needed and great accuracy with standard

Thought Indiana was a straight wall case state? Did they change?
