Any one have a good load-up for 243 long range set up. Son bought custom 243 we have a ton to components but my buddy could t remember his load for it.
We have : lapua brass
: Berger classic hunter 95gr
: Hodg. H4350
: Winchester primers

This is the load I currently run in my .243 Winny. It has printed like this at 200 yards the last 3 times I have shot it for groups. Federal GM210M primers were used.

That's an accurate load for sure Good Shootin' Deputy !

Thank you, Sir! The rifle is a better shooter than I am. Has a trued 700 action (I know, I know...I'm a Savage guy), Douglas 1" bull barrel, HS Precision stock with a Jewel Trigger set at 6 oz. The only minor downfall is that it's only a 1-9" twist, but it sure loves those Berger 90gr target BT's and I'll probably never shoot anything else in it.

I run 95gr Berger Classic Hunters in my factory Remington 700 .243 Varmint. I use IMR 4451, very similar burn rate to H4350. I made it up to 44.0gr without pressure. I run mine at 43.5gr and get 3220fps from a 26" barrel. I would start at 40.0gr and work up. I use Peterson LRP brass and it's super strong and consistent. This load is about max effort for a 1-9.125 or 1-9.25 factory twist barrel.
