Yes usually it is a crush fit of sorts. Allows you to use regular 243 win ammo without having to seat bullets long to keep them in place while fire forming

Reason I'm asking, my creamer has .100 free bore , and I'm wondering if any of the mid range slugs can even get there.
Great shooting! Using RL22 here, under old 105 Amax's... got down to .1 grain adjustments. It doesn't take much in that case to cause a change up.It definitely likes 48.5 grains
