.223 flyers

Well I think I've got my .223 loads almost dialed in at 100yds. 25gr of Varget seem to do pretty well, would be a awesome five-shot group except for that one little guy. Shooter error for sure. The question is, what would make me go high right like that, trigger finger placement, cheek weld, something else? I know there is a chart for pistol shooting that tells you what you are doing wrong depending on where the shot goes, have not seen anything like that for a rifle.
