Have a new 22-250AI w/ broughton barrel, actual twist is 7 3/8

What can I expect with these bullets...

70 Barnes Triple shock

75 A-Maxes

80 Berger VLD

Velocities, accuracy and the potential blow ups from too much RPM's

Give me your real world data please, thanks!!

the Broughton barrel shoulden't be that hard on the thin jacketed target bullets but the only way to see is shoot them , I would assume that if the gun was put together right then it should shoot all those bullets accurately.

Velocity wise I would say that 3400fps with an accurate load should be doable with the 80gr class bullets , it may shoot them a good bit faster but it might not , guns are alot like women , its expensive and time consuming

I get 3450 with the 80 grain bullets and 75 grain Amax. My twist is 8" and no blowups will occur until I get carbon build up or until my throat is too worn. My gun liked H4831sc the best but RL19 wasn't bad either. Accuracy is usually .5 MOA.
