I'm with Bountyhunter; doesn't matter much what the box or scope says. It matters how far the adjustments move the reticle. As an example, I have had a Leupold MK4 that the adjustments were 10% off!
Not to contradict you Shooing Mathews, as there is a difference between moa and shooter's moa or IPHY. I have just learned my lesson about trusting them to be what they say.
