Depends on which scope you have, the 5-20x and the 6-24x come with 1/8" clicks, I believe the rest come with 1/4" clicks. So if you have the scope you were asking about in the other thread (4-16x42) get the 1/4". But unless you want the high turrets, you don't really need them. The low profile ones are indexed as illustrated in the pics I posted in your other thread.
If you are asking which one, 1/8" or 1/4", is better for long range shooting. That would be up to personal preference. I prefer 1/4".
