I'm also in the same boat. I have been searching on that and nothing.

I think I'm going to use a 338 RUM set. Not the best way to go about it but its a way.

I know RCBS makes them but I don't know the price.

We use Redding FL sizer dies obtained from Shawn at Defensive Edge. Not sure what the current cost is though. Give Shawn a call at 208-687-2659 and he'll get you squared away.

Thanks guys for the reply I think i've read on this forum were folks use a redding .338 die and drill it out somehow. Maybe I'm all wrong someone tell me if this is not so.

Whenever I have a rifle built I always have the dies made from the reamers that way they are perfect---just food for thought... I also have all of my reamers except for a few and Speedy has those.

I can see that that would work perfectly for a seater die, but what about the sizing die?

A sizing die needs to size a piece of brass to be smaller than the chamber. How can your chamber reamer cut smaller dimensions than the chamber?

I keep the 338 set in stock. They are a match die set, a FL bushing die with a .364" bushing, 30 to 338 tapered expander and micrometer seating die. This set is expensive at $265.00 but they are the best ones I have used.

The roughing reamer is used for the sizing die.
