trying to compare 3 scopes-- if you have one please tell me what you think of yours--if you have 2 or more please compare the differences..thanks in advance
purpose is for hunting from close brush to 600 yards with a lighter weight 7 rem mag and target practice out to 1000
SIG Whiskey5 3-15x44 Illuminated MOA milling hunter, has illuminated reticle, HD glass, zero stop, digital level indicator, weighs 25 ounces -
LEUPOLD VX5-HD 3-15x44 Impact 29 non-lighted reticle, HD glass, weighs 19 oz--
LEUPOLD VX6-HD 3-18x50, T-MOA illuminated reticle, HD glass, digital level indicator, weighs 20.4 oz--
I like the lighter weight of the leupy's but the extra 5-6 oz of the sig wouldnt hurt me too bad if its that much better
Like the extra magnification and objective diameter of the vx6, but is it worth the extra coin
I think the leupys come with the alumi flip caps
there is also the whiskey5 3-15x52 at 27 ounces, same as the 3-15x44 other than the larger objective-
