I have a winchester model 70 .243 I am putting up for sale. It has a factory 24" heavy barrel on it. I called Browning/winchester and gave them the serial #. They said it was maufactured in 1971 at the New Haven plant. Comes with 2 wood stocks. One has been glass bedded and the barrel channel floated. Rifle is in great condition. The blueing is in good shape and the stock has a few knicks in the cheekrest that should pull out with some steam,The other stock I think is the original stock and needs to be refinished. It will come with leupold rings and bases. Tasco world class 4-16x50AO riflescope with a wide duplex reticle. 200 nosler bullets, 200 winchester brass, 200 winchester LR primers,1 pound of varget, 2 MTM 50 cases. New RCBS dies set. I have one load worked up for it shooting a 5 shot group under 7/16" @ 100yds. I am asking $800. PM me with questions, I will get pics up as soon as possible.
