Warranty on Mystery Ranch pack

So long story short, got home from my deer hunt. Blood got on the pack, I put it in my hunting room as most would... Dog got into my room, well.... My shoulder strap was chewed through. Now I'm selling a dog and wondering if mystery ranch would take my dog in trade? Lol

Anyone deal with their repairs?

They are pretty good, call them monday.
Edit: i and a bunch of my buddies use MR, haven't had to send anything in. I do know they repair their stuff though. My sister used to work there...

I emailed the guy and he said that they can get it taken care of. I just need to take it apart from the frame and wash the pack and rid it of deer and elk blood.

Ive read that it usually takes 2-6 weeks. I dont have any hunts coming up except for bear in the spring. Busy time of year and ive just put off sending it in. I'll probably do it sometime this week.
